International Exhibition of Confectionery and Snacks ISM 2019 (Germany)

From January 27 to January 30, 2019, the winners of the 2019 Food Technologies Competition went to the International Exhibition of Confectionery and Snacks ISM 2019 Germany. In Cologne, the students spent four days with the head. We were expecting: an acquaintance with the city and its attractions, a visit to the world-famous Chocolate Museum and, of course, two rich days at the ISM 2019 Forum, where students learned about trends, innovations and innovations in the global food industry. In addition, talked with foreign colleagues, master classes, visited the stands of market leaders.
