Interdepartmental integrated diploma project

On 17 March 2017 defended interdepartmental integrated diploma project on the theme: “Scientific and practical bases of the development of rations and technologies of semi-finished products of special purpose”, chief supervisor – Ph. D., Assoc. Professor Department of Catering Technology and Wellness Nutrition I. Kalugina. In the development of this project involved the masters on the specialties “Technology of Food”, “Food Technology of Health and Preventive Purpose”, “Computer Engineering” and “Industrial Economics” under the guidance of Ph. D., Assoc. Professor Department of Catering Technology and Wellness Nutrition I. Kalugina, Ph. D., Assoc. Professor Department of Catering Technology and Wellness Nutrition Y. Casonova, Ph. D., Professor, Department of Computer Engineering S. Artemenko and Ph. D., Assoc. Professor Department of Business Management T. Swystun.
The goal of this comprehensive diploma project was a scientific substantiation and development of rations and technologies of semi-finished products of special purpose and development of expert system for the compilation of diets.
In the framework of the goal was developed the technology of frozen flour culinary semi-finished products of special purpose, such as pancakes with luminary for the prevention of iodine deficiency and its adverse consequences among the population of Ukraine and prevention of diabetes mellitus type II; designed diet with minimal restrictions for people with diabetes type II; developed expert system for the compilation of diets and prevention of diabetes mellitus type II; evaluated the economic efficiency of developing new technologies.
