Odessa Smart Forum, which has already become a traditional event that this year took place from 27 to 29 April. In the framework of this event the Department of safety, expertise and commodity research and organized their own, as a tradition, the event “Consumer festival”. It was attended by students of colleges, technical schools and even school. But, compared to the previous festival, this year we have guests from other cities of Ukraine. In the team competition showed itself to students Irpin Economic College and the team of Kirovograd Commercial College. Not less worthy of preparation showed and the team from Odessa, and the Odessa College of Economics, Law and Hotel and Restaurant Business, Odessa Technical College, Odessa Technical School of Gas and Oil Industry and the School of Food Technology and Trade. Conduct “Consumer festival” allowed us to identify talented and creative young people and provided an opportunity for us to meet them closer.
Participants of the festival showed not only they erudition, resourcefulness and ingenuity, but also demonstrated their talents. I would like to mention the student of the Technical College Yakobchuk Natalia for an excellent performance of the ukrainian song “Kolomyika”. Special thanks to the students of the technology of foodstuff, perfumery and cosmetics, security and commodity research faculty sisters Mushat, Taisiya Kurds and Marina Kaminskaya for vocals and wonderful dance, as well as students groups of TTP-34 and TTPs-35 for active participation in the organization of the festival.
During competition program, the participants showed what a real will to win. They tasted, solved puzzles on professional topics, solved the portraits of smugglers. Without knowledge of wholesome food is also not done, the parties at the time subscribed to useful and harmful foodstuffs. As true “Experts” participants successfully guessed the secrets of the six black boxes.
The results of all the competitions, the jury could not decide who would get first place as all teams were worthy only of it. Arbitrary decision of the jury was awarded to all teams-participants of the victories in the nominations. Children were awarded according to the following categories: Premium grade, Quality Mark, a Guarantee of quality, Taster of the year, Merchandiser of the year, Expert of the year.
We are grateful to all children for participating in the “Consumer festival” and we hope that next year we will accept more guests from Ukraine and possibly other countriesin in our Academy.
