Congratulations to the winners of II round of All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works
with natural, technical and humanitarian sciences with the direction
“Food Industry and Processing of Agricultural Products”
6 April 2017 at the Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade was held the final scientific-practical conference of All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works on natural, technical and humanitarian sciences in the 2016-2017 year with the direction “Food Industry and Processing of Agricultural Products”.
Plenary session of the conference was solemnly opened by the vice-rector for scientific work KSUFTT, Professor V. Mikhailov, who congratulated the participants and wished all of them a successful defense of their work.
In the second round of the competition in the section “Innovative Technologies in Food Industry and Restaurant Management” of the 95 works submitted from universities all over Ukraine, were selected 54 works, 13 works reached the final of the contest, including two students work of ONAFT.
I. Larionov, 4th year student with the scientific work “Use of technology Souse Vide in the production of culinary products from poultry meat” (scientific supervisor – A. Soletska, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Ttechnology of Meat,Fish and Seafood) successfully defended their work at a plenary session of the conference and received the diploma of I degree.
Masters Y. Kushnir and B. Palamarchuk with the scientific work “Improving the technology of wafer products using prebiotics” (scientific supervisor – A. Korkach, PhD, Associate Professor of Department of Technology of Bread, Confectionery, Pasta and Food Concentrates) received the diploma of III degree.
We are proud of the high level of scientific work that was done in the walls of our Academy, preparing and defended the victory in the II round of the contest and sincerely thank supervisors for the preparation of the winners.
